Quantaty pricing, except the base one (1-x), should have an option to be derived from the base price by +/- % or +/-$
1-10 price $1000
10-100 price -5%
100-1000 price -10%

I guess, this can also be done with quantaty based discounts.

We do already have it available under Pricing tab on Add/Edit Product section. No percentage option, but you can specify price per unit based on quantity.
