is it possible to install inlink& inporttal on offline linux webserver
or server ip 10.10.10.10 or 1.0.0.127
just for testing purpose
if yes how ?

Hey there,
During the install of In-Portal you will get to a point where it asks for the liscense information.
One of the choices is "no liscense, local test copy" or something close to that.
Choose that option and you should be able to install a local copy for testing purposes.
