i'm in-portal new user, my hosting was linux. before the installation (running the scripts), i'm chmod the folder as the instruction. and when installation running, everything looks good. but when i'm login as root, and tr to create new category, the script can't create the category, and there are no error messages at all. and i tried to change my friend group, to admin, but the fail. my friend user is ordinary member. i tried to find anwser from here, but i can't found any related topik. thanks for trying to help.

Please submit a support ticket for this issue and include an FTP access info to your In-portal files and your root user password.
